Work Shower for Baby Grace

On Friday, my co-workers had a shower for me and another guy in our office (they are due a week or two before me).

It was more for Cary (my co-worker) and Roisin than me  (since it is their 1st and my 2nd). We had food catered in from Guero's, a local Mexican restaurant.

They got a lot of Target gift cards and a few smaller things and I was surprised and VERY EXCITED to get the double stroller we had on our registry and some gift cards (which Tom and I used up that night - haha).

We did get Grace's room about 90% complete, but I want to wait until it's done before posting pictures. I'm hoping to get it done by Valentine's weekend. :)

Kimberly's Baby Shower

On Saturday morning, Tom, Tommy and I headed up to East Texas to co-host a shower for my sister, Kimberly.

She is due on September 17th with a baby girl.

We had a good turnout for the shower - with about 15 people showing up. There was a lot of good food and the cake was very tasty.

Kimberly received a lot of gifts off her registry and ended up with quite a few outfits for baby Kylee.

Jocelyn's Baby Shower

Yesterday, my friend Chris and I hosted a baby shower for my best friend Jocelyn. I think it turned out really well. We had lot's of yummy food (cookies, fruit tree, dips, punch and a few other things).

I think we had a total of 14 people come. Jocelyn received a ton of things and I'm sure she had a lot of fun going through it all once she got home!

Tom's Baby Shower

On Monday, Tom's tax team took him out to lunch at Luna de Noche. They had a little mini-shower for him (which makes me happy - since he didn't help me open ANY of the gifts my co-workers gave me).

We received gift cards to Babies R Us (which will definitely come in handy) and his bosses family bought the baby a really cute quilt and 2 toys from Pottery Barn Kids which match the decor we have in the nursery right now.

One of the girls on the tax team took pictures and is supposed to email them to me. Once I get them I will add them!

Family & Friends Baby Shower

On Saturday, three of my good friends hosted a shower for me at Michelle's house. Other than the fact that I have a cold, I had a lot of fun hanging out with all my friends/family. I even won one of the shower games. :)

Work Baby Shower

On Friday, my co-workers threw a shower for us at lunch. It was really nice. They ordered pizza from I Fratelli's and had a really yummy cake for dessert.
I was happy that Tom could take off to come hang out with all of us. We received a lot of really nice gifts/gift cards and I can't wait to go through everything again and purchase some of the remaining items on our registry.
